    105th Stake of the LDS Church created 31 Dec 1933 with Thomas E Towler as the first stake president.

    Wells Stake History

    At the start of the Saturday Morning Session of the April 1952 General Conference, President David O. McKay begins with the news that a fire was burning at the Belvedere Ward Building of the Wells Stake. Built in 1928, the building was a total loss.
