Salt Lake Bonneville LDS Stake
115th stake of the LDS Church was created in 1935 from the Liberty Stake, the Salt Lake Bonneville Stake runs from 11th East to 19th East between Sunnyside Avenue and 13th South in Salt Lake City. Joseph L Worthlin, was the first stake president. He was would later become the 8th presiding bishop of the LDS Church and is the father of LDS Apostle, Joseph B Worthlin.
The Monument Park Stake was created 24 Jun 1951 by a division of the Hillside Stake and Bonneville stake.

Garden Park Ward - Yale St Chapel
Yale Ward - Gilmer Bldg - The original Yale Ward was organized February 17, 1924, and named for the area long known as the Yale Bench, or Yale Park. With Red Butte Creek running through it, the Yale Ward extends from 13th East to 15th East between Sunnyside Avenue and 13th South in Salt Lake City.
