    July 24th - Pioneer Day
    Some of the biggest festivities celebrate Pioneer Day, July 24, 1847, when the first Mormon pioneers entered the Salt Lake Valley. It's a state holiday and many businesses are closed.

    Salt Palace Convention Center
    365,000 square foot exhibit space with a 30 foot ceiling, which can be divided into eight separate halls. The architecture of the remodeled building includes delicate snowflake chandeliers, custom designed cottonwood-patterned carpet, and a five-story main concourse. It is also home to the 45,000 square foot grand ballroom.

    Delta Center
    the Largest and most high tech arena within a five state radius. Seating more than 22,000 people the Delta Center has become the home of the Utah Jazz and many other sporting and special events. Concerts, ice floor, hockey, basketball and more.

    Tour Ogden's Historic 25th Street
    Tour Downtown Ogden's historic dining, shopping and entertainment district. Many exciting athletic and cultural events are stage here each year.

    Ogden Pioneer Days Celebration (started in 1934) is one of Utah's largest parades, rodeos, cowboy poetry and music festival, fireworks, concerts, equestrian events, community breakfasts, a golf tournament, a Car Show, and several other events.     Top of Utah Marathon - [Sept-Logan] This race course is fast, incredibly scenic and USATF Certified for Boston and Olympic qualifier. with Marathon, Half-Marathon,and 5K race.
    Ogden Valley Triathlon [SEPT] - held in conjunction with the annual Taste of Ogden Valley Festival. Enjoy the breathtaking fall colors, food and a free concert.

    Annual Bison Roundup - An annual October event to gather the bison off the range and haze them to the corrals on the north end of Antelope Island. Horse riders will have two and a half days to haze the bison northward.
    Street Farmers & Art Market [Jul-Oct] - starts off bright and early, in the cool hours of a summer Saturday morning so shoppers can rise with the sun.
    Ogden Arts Festival at Union Station - [OCT] - a premiere destination for art collectors along the Wasatch Front.
    Harvest Moon Celebration - [Oct] Ogden's 25th Street Festival - The event will combine live music, upscale food and beverages, quality family activities and retailers coming out onto the street.
