Which Church Is Best For Me?

Take a good look at each item on this list.

The main emphasis is to segregate those attributes that define the Church of God from the Churches of Men.

In time I hope to link to a bunch of blog articles to prove or debunk each point. From there you are free to make your own choice. You will also be better prepared to debunk a lot of the false doctrine circulating the internet blogs today. Also feel free to debate any one of these points on your own blog. Maybe I'll link to your rebuttal from here (sometimes you're disagreement validates my point.)

I challenge you to find the best church in the world today.
Hopefully this list will encourage you to pursue this challenge. But I request that you read this with an open mind - and don't blame God for any mistakes that you find here. I swear that they are all mine own (especially the typos).

Who Do I Think I Am? My parents told me that my name is Bryce R. Hall. I'm the creator of two travel guide websites MainTour.com and California Resort Life. You could help me earn a honest living by visiting those sites.

Let me know if you post a rebuttal to any of these points via Email and I might come over to chip in my two cents.

1. Not All Churches Are Created Equal

But they all preach about God - Isn't that good enough?

Oh man that is such one of the biggest lies of the devil and political correctness floating around today! Beware of the Good, the Bad and Ugly!

Most churches resemble businesses that take a few tidbits of feel good scripture and mingle it with the latest philosophies of man. Some churches are so bad that they actually promote destructive attributes for their followers

Most church disciples only worship a couple of times year, don't know basic principles of their faith, don't pursue wisdom, make very poor choices in life and are too afraid to pray for help and divine guidance. Some supposedly devout disciples actually practice a religion of greed or hate.

The True Church of God will embrace every good quality and principle on this list. I promise you that God lives and that He has created at least one church that covers every single item here (but why would he create more than one?) If your religion is lacking on even one of these principles then that you should consider that it is NOT the best church for you and that you are in the wrong place.

You will probably recognize that many of the churches today embrace many of the principles in this article. You might even see where certain religions of the world today fail terribly.

More than anything else - don't be going to the wrong church! Just to be one safe side - I encourage you to read more.

--- I believe that out of the many churches in the world that there is one that is the best for me. ---

Counterpoint on the Web:

2. Will This Church Help Me To Reach My Greatest Potential?

The Holy Scriptures are very plentiful with accounts of God promising great love, glory and blessings for whenever you do righteously. There are also many dire warnings of tribulations and damnation to those who do wickedly.

One of the biggest tidbits of False Doctrine in the world today (and many of the churches of men preach this) goes something like this: "God will justify a little bit of sin and at the great judgement day He will beat us with a few stripes and then let us in the pearly gates to heaven."

This same problem is frequently restated like this - It doesn't matter what kind of life I live - just so long as I confess that Christ is my Saviour then I will be saved in heaven.

I will tell you one thing with certainty - that someone like Mother Teresa who sacrifies their entire life in charitable service to the poor will receive a much greater heavenly reward than whatever reward I think I'm getting by writing up this whole article here. Do you think that she should receive greater blessings than someone who only goes to church once a week?

Try out these pieces of divine wisdom (you can find the references in google.)

--- I believe that I will be much better off in both this life and the next through faithful discipleship in the best church that God wants me to join. ---

3. Living the Gospel at Home

By far the two greatest elements that impact and reflect the value of religion in our lives is the way we treat our marriage to our spouse and the way in which we raise our children.

Related resources for living the gospel in the home:

--- I believe that true religion starts with the home and family. The Best Church would have an abundance of practices and resources that encourages parents to lead their families in regular home worship activities. ---

Many churches and denominations fall way short in this category. Always ask about common home worship practices.
