Kodak Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta - [Early Oct]

One of the most photographed events in the country, this annual event attracts lighter-than-air pilots and their craft from around the world. Between the 1st and 2nd weekends of October, Albuquerque usually experience prime flying conditions, strong wind updrafts that allow balloonists to stay airborne for hours on end.
