South Florida Railway Museum

Located in the former Seaboard Air Line station building in Deerfield Beach, this museum preserves the history of railroads in southern Florida. There is also an active model railroad contingent based here with several layouts on display. Look for the train show and swap meet that occurs annually in April and October.

  Public Beach and International Fishing Pier
  Public beach and pier maintained by the city with 9 lifeguard towers operating 365 days annually (9AM-5PM). Surfing is permitted on the north side of the pier.   International Fishing Pier - 920-ft fishing pier, which is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Located at SE 21st Avenue at the north end of Deerfield Beach with an onsite restaurant, the pier acts as the anchor for major events including the 2003 Powerboat World Championships.
