Founded in 1946, Mt SAC is one of the largest single-campus community college districts in the US. School facilities include a planetarium, horse range, track field and a modern baseball complex.
There is also an olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis courts, and an equestrian range.

APU was founded in 1899 as the first bible college on the west coast. It is the result of the merger between Azusa College, LA Pacific College and Arlington College. Situated on 52 acres, East Campus houses administrative facilities, classrooms, residence halls, a library, student center, and gymnasium. The 53-acre West Campus is home to the School of Nursing, Behavioral and Applied Sciences, Education, Haggard School of Theology, two libraries, the Richard and Vivian Felix Event Center, the John and Marilyn Duke Academic Complex, as well as numerous classrooms and offices. There are also seven off-site regional centers serving the High Desert, Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Murrieta, Orange County, San Diego, and Ventura.

Tour CalTech

Since 1891, CalTech students and faculty investigate the most challenging, fundamental problems in science and technology. Caltech faculty and alumni have received wide recognition for their achievements in science and engineering including Nobel Prize (31 recipients), Crafoord Prize (5), National Medal of Science (48), National Medal of Technology (10), California Scientist of the Year (15), Fellow, American Academy of Arts and Sciences (86). Tours of the Caltech campus are conducted throughout the year (except on Institute holidays, during winter break, and on rainy days), Mondays through Fridays, at 1:45 p.m., leaving from the Visitors Center, 315 South Hill Avenue, Pasadena. San Gabriel Valley Scout Adventure Tour

The Boy Scouts of America operate a number of outdoor adventure programs that are available
to boy scout groups and their families. Membership includes boys ages 7-20 / girls ages 14-20 /
and volunteer leaders. They also maintain a number of outdoor facilities for weekend and summer adventures.
Boy Scout Council is big and rambunctious, offering a wide range of Scouting activities. There are three Council Camps
and great resources that include world renowned educational institutions, legendary community programs, sporting events,
mountains with wild areas, fascinating history and opportunities for Scouts of all ages, backgrounds and interests.
The council was officially organized in 1919, and has since served over one million youth in the area.
