    Located just across the harbor from Aquarium of the Pacific, this 81,237 ton passenger liner that entered service in 1936 was retired in 1967 and arrived in Long Beach, Calif. where it is permanently moored. Her new career is that of hotel and convention center. Self-guiding tour takes you to the bridge, ward rooms, officer's quarters, engine rooms and upper decks. The guided tour takes you to areas otherwise offlimits to the general public. The 365-staterooms now serve as a hotel.
