Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints - [LDS / Mormon]
The LDS Church is unique in claiming to be the only true church on the Earth today divinely
restored by God and directed through a living prophet. Patterned after the primitive Christian
church of the bible, its organization includes modern-day prophets, apostles, scripture, revelation and miracles.
It has one of the highest ratios of ordained clergy per member.
The church is well known for its emphasis in family, marital fidelity, education, culture,
scouting, sports, music, charitable service, temples, missionary work and genealogy while honoring
the laws of both God and country.
