Overview

The Presidio Golf Course
First founded in 1895 as one of the earliest courses on the West Coast. Historical figures such as Teddy Roosevelt and Dwight Eisenhower have golfed here. Today, the course is open to the general public and is home to San Francisco's only public grass-tee driving range with 6-hole practice putting green and practice bunkers.

    Opened in 1931, this par 72 course is 6,299 yards long and offers fabulous views of the Pacific Ocean and is set amidst Cypress and Pine trees that wraps around Laguna Salada, a natural lake ringed with reeds, cattails and tulles. Living in the marsh are a variety of birds including mallards, coots and red-winged blackbirds.

    Serene nine hole par 35 golf course and lighted driving range is located only five minutes away from South San Francisco or ten minutes from San Francisco Airport in the city of Colma. The golf course features challenging tight fairways framed by mature Cypress trees. In addition, for improving your game there is a natural grass, short game practice area and a 13,000 square foot putting green.
