Reno North LDS Stake

635th Stake of the LDS Church created 24 Mar 1974 with Nathan Hurst as the first stake president. Not to be confused with the Sparks Nevada Stake which originally had the same name.

The geographical territory borders of the Reno North Stake extend west to the North Shore of Lake Tahoe.

Reno Nevada Temple

The exterior gray granite came all the way from a rock quarry in Vermont. It is located on a large site directly across from the Northgate Golf Club. English, Spanish, Tongan, and Closed Caption are available for all endowment sessions. Other languages are also available upon request.
