Angel Park Golf Complex

Arnold Palmer designed course opened in 1987 located about 30 minutes from the Strip. There are three practice putting greens, driving range, pro shop and restaurant to make this a complete place to play a round or two. Because of rattlesnakes, it is not recommended to pursue lost balls into the desert. Pretty course with wide farways that is played up, down, and in-between hills and valleys of the upper desert, and even across the washes and arroyos.

About a 30 minute drive from strip. Opened in 1995, designed by Johnny Miller and Chi Chi Rodriques. A lot of grass and sand bunkers but few trees. Some real elevation changes on some holes will cause you to think before you hit.

Bali Hai - "A New Wave of Golf on the Strip"

Opened November 2000, designed by Schmidt-Curley, south end of the strip. It is located on the strip, just south of the Mandalay Bay Resort Hotel. Developed on 110 acres, the course is a South Seas theme layout with bleached white Augusta sand, black volcanic rock and more than 4,000 trees.

Bear's Best Golf Club -

Located in the Summerlin area (west side of Las Vegas) next to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. A forecaddy (required) will give you not only tips on how to play the hole, but also include a little history about each hole you play.

Canyon Gate

About 20-25 minutes from the strip, Opened in 1962, designed by John F. & John C. Stimpson.
It is nicely laid out but the fairways are tight and very narrow. There are 7,000 well established trees ( mostly desert pine type ) that help to make it completely secluded from the outside world.

Desert Pines

Closest course to Downtown Las Vegas. Opened Dec 1996, designed by Perry Dye.
The fairways are very narrow, however, the side areas are severely sloped inward. 3,000 mature pine trees were planted during construction to instantly make a full-fledged course. The course is soft spikes only, and they are strong against slow play.

Desert Rose

The course has narrow fairways and is rather flat. There is a wash (large ditch) that runs through the middle of the course with the fairways on both sides.

Durango Hills Golf Course & Park

Opened November 2, 2002, Designed by Schmidt-Curley, an executive type course located at the corner of Cheyenne and Durango in North Las Vegas. It is a par-58, with 14 par-3 holes and four par-4s and will play just under 3,800 yards from the back tees.

Las Vegas National Golf Course

Rhodes Ranch Golf Club

Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino
Rio Suites is a deluxe, high-rise hotel, with two towers, located on the Strip. Spacious, one room, junior suites feature floor-to-ceiling glass walls afford beautiful views of the Strip or scenic mountain vistas. Comfortable guest suites are well appointed with amenities. The new Masquerade Village entertainment complex features the newest attraction in Las Vegas, an indoor parade that floats high above the casino floor.

Boulder Creek Golf Club

Opened in January 2003, it is about a 45 minute drive from the strip. Designed by Mark Rather. The first part of a 2nd municipal course for Boulder City is now open. This course, when completed will actually be quite a setup. Three 9 hole layouts (named: Desert Hawk, Coyote Run, Eldorado Valley) at 7,400 yards for 18, a lighted 9 hole Par 3 layout and a double ended lighted driving range. Each 9 hole set will have palm trees, beach bunkers, lakes and waterfalls.

Cascata Golf Club
