Second largest island in chain and also most remote, Anegada rises only 27 feet above sea level, 15 square miles of coral and limestone. More than 200 shipwrecks are located offshore. The island is the native home to the endangered rock iguana which can grow up to five feet long. Flamingos, osprey, herons and terns reside at the island's 1,100 acre bird sanctuary.

Turks and Caicos Islands National Museum - Its primary exhibit is the Molasses Reef shipwreck, the oldest European shipwreck in the New World.
