- Andromeda Gardens - Six acres of native
flora and fauna.
- Harrison's Cave - One of the most popular and unusual
attractions of the island. Finest cave system in the world complete with
tram tours, 40 foot interior waterfall, stalactites and stalagmites.
- Welchman Hall Gully - Tropical gardens preserving some
of the best varieties of plant, floral and trees of the island in
a natural environment. Some specimens date back to the first settlers
of the 1600's.
- St. Nicholas Abbey - 1650 monastery located
in St. Peter, open for public viewing with many early antique
displays.
- Fountain Garden - tri-dolphin fountain built in 1865 to
commemorate the arrival of piped water in 1861 to the
Bridgetown region.
- Holetown - Oldest British settlement in Barbados. Home
to St. James Church on situated on the west coast.
- Speightstown - Scenic fishing town on west coast of island.
- Farley Hill Park - Scenic vista overlooking the east coast.
This national park was dedicated by Queen Elizabeth II.
- Barbados Wildlife Reserve - Native animals of the island
roam free through a four acre mahogany forest. The Barbados
Green Monkey is the most popular of the inhabitants.
- Grenade Hall Forest - Signal station built by British
in early 1800's is now part of a natural gardens reserve.
- Morgan Lewis Windmill - Last remaining sugar cane
mill on Barbados.
- Bathsheba - Small fishing village on east coast - favorite
vacation spot for the Bajans.
