King Salmon Marathon - Cordova AK [Early Jul]
A major part of annual festival to celebrate the local salmon fishing industry is the
Copper River Wild running series featuring marathon, half marathon, 10K and 5K runs.
The race course is mostly flat, and follows the old Copper River railroad route which led to the Kennicott Copper mines.
