Submission Guidelines

MainTour reserves the right to edit listing entries for length or content.

We do not accept any listings that feature any pornography, promotes hate, violence or has content material that is otherwise not-suitable for a family friendly public domain.

Any website that substantially changes the content nature of their website to violate any of these rules after getting added to the directory will be removed from the directory.

All website listings will be reviewed to ensure that it is functioning and contains appropriate content for the specific category applied for.

You may submit to more than one category only if it is an appropriate match for that category.

The URL listed must have substantial content and/or resources unique to that category and be in a fully functioning state.

MainTour reserves the right to change the listing category or content at any time as we deem appropriate.

This form is valid only for submissions to "Premium Sponsors" and "Sponsor Listings" section of the MainTour Vacation Adventure and not for the other sections of MainTour.com.

We guarantee proper placement. If we cannot list your entry, we'll return your payment to you. All entries are subject to review and approval by the editorial staff. We also reserve the right to modify submissions for matching to our editorial guidelines.

How Listings Are Ranked

How Listings Are Ranked
For each of our vacation guide pages we are reserving 7 slots for "Premium Sponsor" listings and 14 slots for "Sponsor Listings". "Premium Sponsors" will always be listed before "Sponsor Listings". Available slots are filled starting from the top on a first come basis.
At the end of your two year period, advertisers will have first option to renew and maintain their ranking. If they do not renew, then that slot becomes available on all subsequent advertisers then move up one level in their ranking.
Several slots are currently held by MainTour.com affiliates which includes the USAHotelGuide. These entries will be bumbed as necessary to give first priority to any paid "Premium Sponsor" or "Sponsor Listings" entries.
Advertisers may only purchase one slot per page, but may request a listing on multiple pages. Each such listing will require the appropriate listing fee and a unique entry form.

Vacation Directory Listing

Submit this form for all new additions, listing changes, and renewals. Please fill out the form completely and submit with the processing fee to the address below.
You must print and send the completed form with your processing fee [check or money order - $169 for "Premium Sponsor" and $89 for "Sponsor Listing"] to our office at MainTour Directory Listing Service, 1422 Powell Rd, Oceanside, CA 92056.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail to update you on any entry that is accepted or rejected.
