We have just increased our payout level (again) - creating the highest payout per referral in the cyberspace travel industry! MainTour will pay you $5 for every unique valid mini-vacation getaway referral regardless of whether or not they actually buy. Separately we will pay $1 for Coastal Vacation Club referral lead.

This is a lot higher than anybody else on the internet - most travel sites pay only $0.55 to $1.00 per lead and many only pay $0.03 per click.

Operating Agreement

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to participation in the Affiliates Program (the "Program"). As used in this Agreement, "we" means MainTour.com, Inc., and "you" means the applicant. "Site" means a World Wide Web site or Electronic Newsletter.

1.Enrollment in the Program:
To begin the enrollment process send us an email with your name, URL and payee info. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the Program. To maintain our high payout ratio, we are limiting this program primarily to tourism related websites and ezines. Unsuitable sites include (but not limited to) those that:

  • Promote sexually explicit materials
  • Promote violence
  • Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
  • Promote illegal activities
  • Otherwise violate intellectual property rights

If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply to the Program at any time. You should also note that if we accept your application and your site is thereafter determined (at our sole discretion) to be unsuitable for the Program, we may terminate this Agreement.

2.Links on Your Site or Newsletter
Once you have been notified that your site has been accepted into the Program we will provide you the URL code to link directly to one or more of our special vacation packages.

You may select one or more vacation products to list on your site. To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and referral fee accrual, we will provide you with special "tagged" link formats to be used in all links between your site and our site. You must ensure that each of the links between your site and our site properly utilizes such special link formats.

3.Referral Fees
We will pay you a $5 referral fee (only $1 for Coastal Vacation Club) for every individual that fills out a request form for more info about a resort vacation package regardless of whether or not the person actually purchases.

For a referral to be eligible it must have the correct contact information for individuals that have not previously enquired about the featured vacation package.

All affiliates will be paid quarterly for total earnings ($25 minimum). Allow 30 days for mail and processing.
